Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 1, 2025

At MadMaxx Enterprise, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling services and requesting refunds.
 

1. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service in order to receive a full refund.
To cancel your booking, please contact us by phone at 941-900-8183 or email at MadMaxxEnterpriseLLC@gmail.com with your name, order details, and service date.

 

2. Refunds
Full Refunds: Issued if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
No Refunds: Once a dumpster has been delivered to the specified location, refunds will not be granted, regardless of whether the dumpster has been used.

 

3. Rescheduling
If you would like to reschedule your service instead of canceling, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll work with you to arrange a new date and time based on availability.
